By accessing and using DanceLink ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service, including instructors, students, and hosts.

Permitted Uses
You may use our service to:
- Browse and book dance classes and events
- Create and manage your profile
- Communicate with instructors and other users
- Participate in our community features
- Access educational content and resources
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information

💳Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor availability, or insufficient enrollment.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Cancellation Policy
- Classes: Cancel up to 24 hours before class time for a full refund
- Events: Cancel up to 48 hours before event time for a full refund
- Late Cancellations: Subject to a cancellation fee
- No-Shows: No refund will be provided

Assumption of Risk
Dance activities involve physical movement and carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks of injury or harm.
Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in dance activities. Consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us for account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
